Booking Policy:
To secure your appointment, I kindly request a deposit at the time of booking. You can make bookings through our online platform, phone, or email. Ideally, let's schedule your appointment at least a week in advance unless we've discussed otherwise. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.
Hair Inclusion:
I'm pleased to let you know that hair is included in all of our services. You can expect this to be taken care of during your appointment. Please arrive with freshly washed hair, as I'll also provide a blow-dry service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours or less will result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, if you need to reschedule between 48 to 25 hours before the appointment, you can do so without any penalty.
Travel Fees:
I determine travel fees based on the distance to your location. I'll communicate these fees during the booking process. They might be included in the service cost or billed separately, depending on our arrangement.
Service Offerings:
I specialize in a variety of hairstyling services, including Knotless Box Braids and Empress Locs. For a detailed list of services and pricing, please refer to my website or get in touch with me.
Preparation and Setup:
Please have freshly washed hair before my arrival; I will provide a blow-dry service. Also, ensure that the area we'll be working in has sufficient lighting and accessible electrical outlets.
Your Expectations:
The time it takes to complete the hairstyling process varies based on the service you choose. I'll provide you with an estimated time frame during the booking.
Your Health and Safety:
I prioritize hygiene and sanitation by using sanitized tools and equipment. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let me know in advance.
Payments:
I accept Zelle as a form of payment. Payment is due on the day of your appointment, either before or after the service.
Late Arrivals:
If you happen to arrive late, I might need to adjust the appointment duration to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
Photo Release and Marketing:
With your permission, I might use before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. Your privacy will always be respected, and your personal information will remain confidential.
